 Our Individual Programs

Our Individual Programs are designed to support employees at every level throughout the organization.  All of our individual clients receive complete training in each aspect of the career search process including developing an exit statement, self-marketing, networking, interview training, research techniques, negotiating job offers and much more.  All of our Individual Programs include the following client support:

• One-on-one counseling
• Unlimited use of o Resource Center complete with computers for word processing and Internet access
• Resume development
• Telephone/Fax
• High quality stationery
• Letter reviews and mailing resources
• Various levels of assessment testing
• Participation in weekly, facilitated Career Transition Work Team Sessions
• Unlimited access to JobLaunch^SM, our proprietary online career transition support technology for the duration of program

Senior Executive Service

In addition to one FULL YEAR of the transition support services listed on the previous page, our Senior Executive Clients also receive:

• Dedicated office space complete with furnishings, computer with Internet access and Professional MS Office package and telephone with voicemail

• Professional administrative support for letter reviews, mailing resources, etc.

• Full assessment package appropriate to client needs

• One-on-one counseling support as needed and/or recommended

• Standard office resources and unlimited stationery supply

Senior Professional Service

In addition to SIX MONTHS of the transition support services listed on the previous page, our Senior Professional Clients also receive:

• Work space complete with computer for Internet access, word processing, etc.

• Professional administrative support for letter reviews, mailing resources, etc.

• A customized assessment package appropriate to client needs

• One-on-one counseling support as needed and/or recommended

• Standard office resources, unlimited stationery supply and private interview rooms

Manager Service

Clients in the Manager Program receive Senior Professional Service level transition support for THREE TO SIX MONTHS.  Our Professional Consulting Staff works extensively with clients and closely monitors client progress.  Our Professional’s may make additional support recommendations if the need arises.

Quick Launch Service

Quick Launch clients receive an 8-hour overview of the job search process and transition support for ONE MONTH.  Our Professional Consulting Staff works extensively with clients and closely monitors client progress.  A staff member may occasionally recommend additional support if there appears to be a need.

JobLaunch^SM, Virtual Career Transition

Our unique JobLaunch^SM Career Transition Program uses cutting-edge, web-based technology that allows us to deliver career transition support to users in disperse locations - users who may not have access to the in-person counseling and job search support that they need during this difficult time.  With a structured combination of toll-free telephone access and JobLaunch^SM technology, our clients receive a comprehensive introduction to all aspects of the career search process including developing an exit statement, self-marketing, networking, interview training, research techniques, negotiating job offers and more.  This program is truly ahead of its time and can be customized to support the needs of a Corporate Clients’ transitioning employees, wherever they may be located.

Group Transition Workshops

Through our 1, 2 and 3 day facilitated Group Transition Seminars and Workshops, our clients receive a comprehensive introduction to all aspects of the career search process including developing an exit statement, self-marketing, networking, interview training, research techniques, negotiating job offers and much more.  Clients typically receive a Job Search Manual, a minimum of one resume review and ONE MONTH of unlimited access to JobLaunch^SM, our proprietary online career transition support technology.
